Board Member Spotlight: Original Founder, Daniel Collins AKA Sir Floofnana
Good day, my name is Daniel Collins. I am the original Founder of Blue Collar Roleplay. I have been developing and roleplaying in FiveM since 2018. IRL I have worn a lot of hats but most of all I work in IT specifically on the Network Engineering side of the house. I specialize in advanced routing and switching concepts as well as several different programming languages. I am versed in LUA, React.js, Python, SQL, and PHP. I have also delved into the realm of india game design with Unreal Engine 5. My current project includes a survival game that I plan to launch in the next 2-3 years. I have a daughter and a son whom I love very much and give my time to them when I see them. My vision for Blue Collar Roleplay is to create a fun, energetic atmosphere where people from all walks of life can come and enjoy the server.
Board Member Spotlight: J. Jones AKA Chief Jones
Country heart, iron will. J. Jones, known as Chief Jones, hails from a small-town stretch of dirt roads and wide-open fields, where loyalty runs deep and a handshake still means something. A proud family man, married with three kids and soon to be a grandpa, Jones carries the warmth of home into every corner of his life. By day, he’s a cornerstone of the local highway department, keeping the arteries of his small town pumping with grit and know-how. By night, he’s a legend in the digital sprawl of FiveM’s Blue Collar Roleplay, where he commands respect as a leader who’s as tough as the roads he maintains.
Jones grew up on country values—hard work, camaraderie, and a love for the simple things: kicking back with friends, swapping stories, and tearing through virtual worlds. A gamer at heart, he’s traded joysticks for keyboards, building a legacy in GTA V RP that’s as bold as his real-world roots. In San Andreas, he’s not just a player—he’s a force, leading with the same steady hand that guides his family and crew. Whether he’s organizing epic roleplay events or holding the line in high-stakes scenarios, Jones brings the soul of a small-town hero to every moment.

Board Member Spotlight: John Duffy AKA Major_Gingy91
Gingy — Major by badge, outlaw by blood. Since 2013, he’s patrolled the backroads, the broken highways, and the dirt stretches where the meth cooks thrive and the desperate don't run fast enough. Forged in a thousand late-night pursuits, standoffs, and manhunts, he earned his stripes not behind a desk, but behind a badge battered by years of grit and loyalty. His career carved through the heart of law enforcement — from street patrols to kicking down doors with warrants nobody else wanted to serve. Investigations hardened his instincts; years of chasing ghosts taught him one truth: loyalty is blood, and cowards don’t bleed right. Off the clock, Gingy’s heart rides elsewhere. A gamer since the first flicker of 8-bit glory — racing through Underground street wars, hunting pink slips in Most Wanted — he now burns his legend into the digital highways of GTA V RP. There, he becomes Duffie — the last outlaw you'll ever see coming. Tougher than his badge. Louder than his engine. Smarter than any man foolish enough to stand in his way. Board Member Spotlight: Dale McFarland AKA doitfordalebaby
IRL I'm a CDL tow truck driver for 13 years. I love fast cars, motorcycles, freedom, and bald eagles 
. Single father and also disabled, but that doesn't stop me. In city I am Dale McFarland, Director of SADOT and a part time detective with the BCSO. I have fun immersing in detailed RP and I enjoy organizing car events such as Shows, drag racing, off road events, and maybe a little racing in Mexico iykyk. I enjoy putting in work for the community and consider the ones inside it family. If there's anything you ever need, don't be afraid to ask. The only dumb question is the one you don't ask!

Good day, my name is Jake Thompson, also known as 10-96 Gamer. I am a proud Board Member of Blue Collar Roleplay, a vibrant FiveM community. My journey in public safety began in 2007, and I entered law enforcement in 2009, where I developed a deep understanding of the laws and case law governing real-world police conduct. This expertise helps me contribute to creating authentic and immersive roleplay scenarios.
I’m a dedicated father and family man with a passion for video games, which I’ve loved since my early gaming days. Whether it’s diving into roleplay or exploring other gaming worlds, I find joy in connecting with others through shared experiences. My involvement in Blue Collar Roleplay stems from my desire to foster a welcoming, dynamic server where players from all backgrounds can come together, have fun, and build lasting memories.
As a board member, I work to ensure our community thrives as an energetic and inclusive space.
I’m committed to supporting our players and staff, drawing on my law enforcement background to enhance the realism of our roleplay while keeping the atmosphere light and enjoyable. Outside of gaming, my family is my heart—spending time with my loved ones is what drives me. My vision for Blue Collar Roleplay is to continue growing as a server where everyone feels like part of the family, united by a love for storytelling and gaming.
Board Member Spotlight: Jamie H
Howdy, I am JamieH, the newest Board Members to Blue Collar Roleplay. I am a former real life volunteer firefighter, with nearly 20 years in the service. I have served every position in the service from probie, to firefighter, medical responder, all the way to Chief of the Dept. I am formerly Certified NPQ FF1 firefighter, Vehicle Rescue Technician, LZ Operations and Emergency Medical Responder. I fully understand the physics and behaviors of fire and smoke in many of the structures in our area. My full time is working for the U.S. Air Force as a Civilian employee working to keep our warfighters flying and delivering firepower to those who request it.
I am a dedicated divorced father to my daughter, with a loving and wonderful girlfriend in my life, providing a bonus family of 2 more "almost" daughters. I do gaming as a way to relax and chill after a long day at work. I entered into the Rp world of 5m in May of 2021 with the purchase of my first pc from Walmart, and being excepted into the now retired KuffsRp 5m server. There I built my knack for rp, and many many characters and polished my roleplay abilty. Later I was invited to join their Admin staff as part of the Crew, and then began the journey of learning to Dev for a 5m server alongside my Mentor. I am honored to know some of the members of BCRP in real life as long time friends.
I look forward to bring some fun from the civilian POV in the server, and streaming it for all to see. My life as an Admin and Dev, has become easier, so I expect alot more fun to be happening here. Time to IMMERSE yourselves in some Awesome rp

Hey, y'all! I'm OnyxEye aka Rocket City Gamerz, proud to be a Board Member of Blue Collar Roleplay. Former law enforcement from way back in the 90s (no boomer jokes, now). I've remained in the legal field in some form for my entire adult life. This gives me great insight into realism in law enforcement related roleplay. I've been in FiveM server development and management for 10 years. I'm a father, grandfather, and PC gamer, of course. You'll also learn quickly that I'm a foodie and tend to talk about food often. My background in server administration, community management, and real world legal knowledge will allow me to supporting our players and staff for an amazing roleplay experience. It's my duty to make our server's roleplay as realistic and enjoyable as possible. I look forward to that task and will do my best to handle those duties with integrity.
