99.9% of the time this happens because you don't have the siren settings limit adjuster installed. Please head to this website and download the main file.

Step 1: Download the file - You want the main SSLA v2.zip file. It will be under the category "Main Files"
Step 2: Unzip the file. Inside the SSLA v2 folder, you are interested in the SirenSetting_Limit_Adjuster.asi file.
Step 3: Drag that asi file to your fivem application data/plugins folder (only here; do not install in main gta v directory)
Step 4: Fly in and enjoy the lights!
